For patchwork & applique - 12 fa quarters in reds, 12 fqs in blues, 8 fqs soft whites,
For patchwork flag - 1/3 yd dark blue, fq medium blue, fq for stars, 1/4 yd of 6 reds,
1/4 yd of 6 soft whites
3 1/2 yards for backing
1 yard for bias binding
